Joshua J. Roever, Shareholder
Mr. Roever is a shareholder attorney at Halloin & Murdock, S.C. His practice focuses primarily on construction and real estate litigation, environmental law, and general business litigation. Mr. Roever also practices probate law and litigation. Mr. Roever's recent cases include commercial and real estate litigation involving environmental contamination and cleanup, structural damage, insurance coverage disputes, defective construction, unjust enrichment, breach of contract, breach of warranty, fraud, and misrepresentation.
In 2008, Mr. Roever presented seminars on "Prevailing Wage Law," "Using and Managing GMP Contracts," "The Fundamentals of Construction Contracts," and "Public Construction Contracts." Mr. Roever is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice, the Milwaukee Bar Association, and the Wisconsin Bar Association, Environmental Law Section.
Prior to joining Halloin & Murdock, S.C., Mr. Roever was in private practice in Milwaukee. Mr. Roever proudly serves on the board of directors for Insulindependence, Inc., a non-profit 501(c)(3) public benefit corporation that assists diabetic athletes. Mr. Roever graduated from Marquette University Law School, cum laude. He also holds a Master of Arts degree from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gustavus Adolphus College.
In his free time, Mr. Roever is an avid triathlete, home brewer, reader, and community activist. Mr. Roever also enjoys spending time with Mrs. Roever and their dog Lucy.
