Anthony K. Murdock. Shareholder
Mr. Murdock is a shareholder attorney at Halloin & Murdock, S.C. His practice focuses on construction and real estate litigation, business torts, and insurance bad faith and coverage issues. Mr. Murdock has worked on a wide variety of commercial and residential construction disputes involving fraudulent misrepresentations, home improvement practices act violations, breach of warranty, breach of contract, and defective construction and delay claims.
In 2008, Mr. Murdock presented at a seminar on "The Fundamentals of Construction Contracts: Understanding the Issues." His recent publications include Fighting Back:
Using Statutory Causes of Action to Maneuver Around the Economic Loss Doctrine, THE VERDICT (Summer 2008). Mr. Murdock is also a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice.
Mr. Murdock graduated from Marquette University Law School, where he served as a member of the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review and as President of the Business Law Society. He earned his bachelor's degree from Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri.
In his free time, Mr. Murdock enjoys golfing and volunteering as a mentor through Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee. |
