Andrea L. Murdock, Shareholder

Andrea L. Murdock is a shareholder attorney at Halloin & Murdock, S.C. Her practice focuses on construction, real estate, and insurance coverage litigation. Ms. Murdock has worked on a wide variety of commercial and residential construction disputes, including claims for misrepresentation, negligent construction, delay, theft by contractor, breach of warranty, breach of contract, unjust enrichment, and insurance bad faith.

In 2008, Ms. Murdock presented at seminars on "Prevailing Wage Law in Wisconsin" and "How to Use and Manage GMP Contracts Successfully in Wisconsin." Ms.
Murdock is a member of the Wisconsin Association for Justice and the American Bar Association's Forum on the Construction Industry, Division 10, where she is actively involved in the Publications Subcommittee. Ms. Murdock's recent publications include W/MBE Programs and Caselaw Summary: 50-State Survey, A.B.A. (2008).

Prior to joining Halloin & Murdock, S.C., Ms. Murdock served as a law clerk for the Honorable Patricia D. McMahon in the Milwaukee County Circuit Court Civil Division. Ms. Murdock graduated from Marquette University Law School, where she served as Managing Editor of the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review. She earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

In her free time, Ms. Murdock enjoys golfing, and is a member of the Executive Women's Golf Association. She also volunteers as a mentor through Big Brothers, Big Sisters of Metro Milwaukee.
